Parish Hall Bookings
St.Mark’s Parish Hall is available to rent and features a large space with tables and seating for up to 120 people, stage area, PA system, fully commercial kitchen, and restrooms.
The Hall is available for rent on either Saturday, between 9:00am and 12:00 Midnight or on Sundays between 12 noon to 4pm. For Saturday night rentals the premises are to be vacated by 12 Midnight. For Sunday afternoon rentals the premises are to be vacated by 4:00pm.There will be a grace period of up to two hours prior to the start of the rental period when the Lessee will be allowed set-up time.
The Hall and kitchen can be rented under three tiers:
Tier 1: $100 per hour – hall facilities plus use of the kitchen food warmers, under-the-counter refrigerator, and sinks for food preparation and/or washing-up.
Tier 2: $150 per hour – as per Tier 1 plus use of the stoves, commercial refrigerator and commercial freezer.
Tier 3: $175 per hour – as per Tier 1 and 2 plus use of deep fat fryers and/or dishwashers (demonstrable experience required).
There will be a grace period of up to two hours prior to the start of the rental period for set-up time.
Trash Disposal: $100 – if you do not wish to remove your own trash from the property.
Air-conditioning: $100 – if you wish to use the air-conditioning units.
Professional Cleaning: $200 – if you do not wish to conduct your own cleaning after your rental (or if Covid-19 regulations stipulate that the hall requires a deep clean).
